Registered Massage Therapy

Registered Massage Therapists provide relief for a wide range of conditions through the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints.

By manipulating these soft tissues, RMT’s help alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular over-use, migraines, headaches, tendonitis, arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, sports injuries and many chronic pain conditions related to soft tissue and joint dysfunction.

The therapeutic use of massage affects all the systems of the body, in particular, the muscular, circulatory, lymphatic, immune and nervous systems. Our Registered Massage Therapist will assess your condition to determine the optimal treatment based on your personal health goals, medical history and current situation.

**Cupping is available as an integration to your massage session or as a targeted massage therapy offering (billed under Registered Massage Therapy).  Please see here for more details about Cupping Therapy.

Swedish Massage

This relaxing therapeutic massage uses Swedish massage techniques which involve manipulation of soft tissues- muscles, ligaments, tendons, connective tissue and joint capsules. This massage is ideal for relaxing tense muscles, easing stress and tension, relieving pain, and improving sleep. It is perfect for first time or infrequent spa-goers, and for clients who don’t prefer deep tissue massage!
