Dr. Natalie Nesterenko is a board certified Doctor of Chiropractic specializing in Diversified Chiropractic Technique. Dr. Nesterenko’s patient-centered treatments are a unique thirty minutes of hands on treatment and include a wide range of treatment methods including: manual adjustments, myofascial release technique, soft tissue therapy including stainless steel Gua Sha tools, functional screening, orthotics assessment, active rehabilitation, laser therapy, and gentle mobilization therapy.

Doctor of Chiropractic and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Dr Bal Thind is a graduate of University of Manitoba and has a Doctor of Chiropratic from Life West Chiropratic College. He also is a DOMP Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practitioner from National Academy of Osteopathy. Osteopathy is a full body treatment with very specific techniques which allows your body to heal. The treatments include joint mobilization for optimal range of motion, muscle energy techniques to optimize muscle performance, and soft tissue therapy to promote healing and recovery. Dr. Bal has an extended history of healing for over 15 years specializing in pain management, TMJ, carpal tunnel, visceral therapies, and muscle skeletal disorders.

With 15+ years of training and practice Helen is a seasoned therapist. She is a Registered Massage Therapist and member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has branched out into the world of nutrition and has become a Certified Nutritional Practitioner to understand the body as a whole.

After struggling for many years with my own health issues, I began incorporating alternative and holistic healing practices in my own life and became certified as a Colon Hydrotherapist in 2008 and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist 2019. My method of working with my clients stresses putting them at ease in what some might consider an awkward situation, and creates a safe place for you to relax, release and get back to the best version of yourself. I love helping people find habits and nutrition choices that work for them and their lifestyle.

Jennifer is committed to creating a world where everyone experiences healthy, authentic relationships - with themselves and others. With an Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Work and a myriad of training including breathwork, movement and mindfulness, Jennifer has dedicated her life to serving young people. Integrated Counselling can benefit everyone, but especially those dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, and other mood or behaviour challenges.

Julie is a certified live blood analysis technician through Microcell Sciences and is happy to be a part of the team at pureBalance, providing live blood analysis services to help others feel their optimal best.
Live blood analysis is a valuable tool to help people detect health issues such as; bacteria and parasites infections, candida, fungus and molds, liver toxicity, adrenal stress, cellular hydration, B12 and iron deficiency, digestive issues and how these things may be contributing to negative health effects.

Dasha is a former midwife from Poland, who has experience with patients and feels comfortable in medical environment. She's very open and caring person who will do her best to help you in English, Polish or Ukrainian languages. Her goal is to become a certified midwife in Canada.

Part-Time Client Care
Samiya is currently an undergraduate studying English at York University. She has a strong personal appreciation for naturopathic medicine - in particular for treating mental health. She is looking forward to becoming a teacher in the future, as well as providing care and attention towards clients at pureBalance
NEENA-SOMA GUNPAT
Part-Time Client Care
Neena is finishing her undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences with a minor in nutrition and nutraceutical sciences as a fourth year student at the university of Guelph. She has a passion for integrative medicine and aspires to become an ND to practice a broader approach to patient-based healthcare. Given her passion for music, singing and playing the piano is an important outlet for Neena to reduce stress and stimulate positivity.
