Now that summer has passed it doesn’t mean you can’t have fun while you drink more water.  Here are a few things to consider:

Find a filter that is more than just a carbon filter. A good water filter has a few stages of filtering that cleans your water.A reverse osmosis filter that can put minerals back into water is ideal.

  1. A Litre Of Water A Day Keeps the Doctor Away

Start the day with one litre of water on an empty stomach.

  1. The Feeling of Thirst Will Never Come

Don’t wait for the feeling of thirst, drink 8 ounces of water every hour.

  1. Blah, Water Has No Flavour

If you don’t like the taste of water, flavour with strawberries, cucumber, or lemon.

  1. Tea Up Your Water

This has nothing to do with Teeing up a golf ball, but it has everything to do getting some good organic tea and adding it to your water. Tea today is very innovative and flavourful; make some yummy iced tea.
